Failed to generate a user instance of SQL Server due to failure in retrieving the users local application data path

Possible Solution

Step 1
Open IIS Manager and click on "Advance Settings" to open a new window.
Step 2
When you click on "Advanced Settings", it will pop a screen.
In this window, set the "Load User Profile" to True and restart the IIS.
